Welcome!

I’m a down to earth, trauma informed Gestalt Psychotherapist passionate about connection and embodied living.

My background in bodywork, breathwork, and family constellations informs a gentle yet dynamic way of working that supports clients to deepen awareness, inhabit their bodies more fully, and cultivate a sense of empowerment in their lives.

My approach is collaborative, relational, and attuned to the nuances of our somatic experience as it unfolds moment by moment. I aim to meet clients with presence, curiosity, and care, creating a therapeutic environment where embodied insight can emerge naturally and guide our work together.

A collaborative process of discovery.

Gestalt psychotherapy brings attention to what is occurring in the moment — in your words, body, emotions, relationships, and wider world.

This is not about fixing you. It is an invitation to meet your experience with support, deepen awareness, and discover new ways of being in contact with yourself and others.
